Common questions

How long does the whole process take?

The installation itself usually takes one to two days. The time before it depends on your HOA's approval, any permit, the utility locate, and our schedule, so we confirm a date with you rather than guess.

Do I need to be home on install day?

We recommend being there for the start. Gate swing, exact line placement, and property-line questions go faster, and cause fewer return trips, when you are available.

Do you remove my old fence?

Yes, when we replace a fence we remove the old material and leave the property clean.

What if my HOA says no?

Approval is always up to your HOA, and we cannot guarantee it. If the first plan is declined, we can talk through a different style, height, or material that fits their guidelines.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Estimates are free, in writing, and come with no obligation.
