We're glad to provide drawings or material specs to help with your submission, and we can talk through what's typically allowed in similar neighborhoods — but we can't guarantee approval or timelines, since that's between you and your HOA.
Do I need a survey before you install my fence?
We recommend having a recent property survey on hand, especially if your property lines aren't clearly marked. If you don't have one, we'll do our best to work from visible markers, existing fence lines, and any plat information you can provide. We always encourage installing on or inside your confirmed property line to avoid a dispute with a neighbor down the road.
Who is responsible for marking property lines?
The homeowner is responsible for confirming property lines, typically through a survey or existing legal markers. We'll always walk the planned fence line with you before installation and flag anything that looks unclear, but we're not able to legally determine your boundary lines for you.
Do I need a permit to install a fence?
Permit requirements vary by county, city, and fence type. We'll talk with you about whether your project is likely to need a permit based on local requirements, and we'll help however we're able — but pulling and securing any required permit is ultimately the homeowner's responsibility.
What materials do you install?
We install wood privacy, aluminum, vinyl, chain-link, pool, pet, decorative, and ranch rail/farm fencing, sourced through established supplier relationships. We'll walk you through the realistic pros, cons, and price differences of each so you can choose with confidence — not just push whatever's most expensive.
How long does installation typically take?
Timeline depends on the size of the project, the material, weather, and current scheduling. We'll give you a realistic estimated timeframe when we provide your written estimate, and we'll keep you informed if anything changes once work begins.
What warranty do you offer?

Will you clean up after installation?
Yes. Thorough cleanup is part of every job we do — we remove old fencing debris (if we're replacing an existing fence), leftover materials, and hardware packaging before we consider a project finished.
